Stafferin already tracks every shift, check-in and overtime hour. When it's payday, you download one CSV file and upload it straight into your payroll software — no re-typing timesheets, no double entry. Pick your provider below for a step-by-step guide.

The whole idea in two steps

Switching to Stafferin doesn't mean switching your payroll company. Keep paying people the way you already do.

Export hours from Stafferin

Open Payroll Export, choose your pay period, and click Download. Stafferin builds a clean CSV of every employee's regular hours, overtime and breaks.

Upload it to your payroll app

In ADP, QuickBooks, Gusto or Paychex, choose Import hours, select the file, and approve. Paychecks calculate automatically.

No new payroll account needed. Stafferin is the time & attendance source. Your existing payroll provider still cuts the checks and files the taxes — Stafferin just hands it the hours.

What the Stafferin file looks like

Every export uses the same simple layout. This is the file you'll upload — you can open it in Excel first to double-check it.

Columns can be turned on/off. In Settings → Payroll Export you choose which columns appear and can rename the headers to match exactly what your payroll provider expects (e.g. ADP may want "Reg Hours" instead of "Regular Hours"). Set it once and every future export matches.
